Welcome to Sasha House of Beauty's Policies Page! Here, you'll find a detailed overview of the guidelines and standards that govern our operations and interactions. security depositS

A $30 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. For services exceeding $30, the remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. We accept payments via cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo. For services costing $30 or less, full payment is required at the time of booking.

EXTENSION
FILL-Ins

I do not work over extensions applied by other technicians. If you have extensions from a different tech, you must book both a removal and a new full set. If your original extensions were applied by me but you have less than 50% remaining, you will also need to schedule a removal and a new full set. You are allowed up to two fill-ins before a new full set is required. The first fill-in must be booked within 14 days, and the second within 21 days. After these time frames, a removal and new full set are mandatory, with no exceptions!

tardiness

Please allocate enough time for your lash appointment to achieve your desired look. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $15 fee will apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation. Please refer to the cancellation policy below for more details on cancelled appointments.

RESCHEDULING

There is no fee for rescheduling if done at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling on the same day will incur a $30 fee. An invoice for this fee will be sent via email or text message immediately after you reschedule. This fee must be paid within 24 hours, or your rescheduled appointment will be canceled, and you will not be able to book my services again.

cancellations

The $30 security deposit is nonrefundable, including in the event of cancellations. If you cancel on the same day as your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the booked service. The security deposit will be applied toward this fee, and you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Payment of this balance is required before you can schedule any future appointments. Please ensure that all fees are settled promptly to avoid any disruptions to your ability to book services in the future.

MISSED APPOINTMENts

If you fail to show up for your appointment without notifying in advance, this will be considered a No-Call/No-Show and unfortunately, you will no longer be eligible to book services again. We strive to provide the best possible service to all our clients, and timely communication is crucial in maintaining a smooth and efficient schedule. 

PURCHASINg

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any services or products. Once a transaction is completed, it is final. We are committed to providing high-quality service and products, and we encourage you to thoroughly review and ensure satisfaction before finalizing your purchase or appointment.
